Message from the Managing Director

We, as suppliers to the market, continue to view the customer as a King and envy his position. But, it would also be interesting to look at the effect of the fast changing scenario from the customer's point of view. The pace of change is higher than ever before. The sheer choice of products and services continues to go up. Access to information is increasing through mobile and Internet. The ability to keep in touch with friends, peers and relatives is also ever improving and therefore their views and opinions also influence. It is really not an easy job to have the complex task of allocation budgets and apportioning time. Accordingly, it becomes our duty to somewhere attempt simplification and help the customer.

We are also fast approaching our Distributor meet, wherein we would display our new offerings and continue our commitment to add value tour existing products. We thank all our associates for their valuable suggestions and comments which would always continue to inspire us.
