epages News [Call Centres] Concerto to make India its Asia-Pac hubNov 08, 2003: New Delhi: Call centre Solutions Company, Concerto Software Inc has bagged 20 new customers in India during 2002 and generated revenues to the tune of $5 million. India is one of the most crucial markets for Concerto and has immense potential. The company has won 20 new customers in India over the last one year and has ranked in revenues worth five million and the revenue growth was 50%. The company already has 70 customers in India including Wipro Spectramind, Essar, Global Telesystems, NIIT SmartServe among others. Concerto recently entered into an agreement of merger with Melita International, a player in the same space. The merger is expected to be completed by early next year and will see Concerto with a revenue base of $150 million.
