Co-curricular activities and extra curricular activities contribute to increasing the Student understands and grasping capacity and also improve their all-round development. Sports, games, arts, crafts, dance music, drama, competitions such as elocution, essay writing, story writing, poetry and quiz sharpen the physical and mental abilities of the students. The different School house are Sapphire, Ruby, Topaz, Emerald the striking colours infuse life into Sports activities.

The creative expressions of the students are worth a million. The innovative and original works of Sunflower students are displayed in the art and Science Exhibitions conducted once in every two years. The different concepts in science, mathematics, languages, social studies and all the co-curricular activities are put up in novel ways.
